Job Description

Position:   Property Maintenance

Compensation:  $20.00 /hr + 

Employment Type:   full-time

Locally owned Property Management Company servicing 600+ apartments in the State College area seeking a full-time Maintenance person to help keep their properties safe and maintained.

Regular working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Duties include:

• Responding to Apartment Resident Work Orders
• Building Repairs, Improvements, Maintenance, and Painting
• Getting units ready for new move-in after a resident moves out
• Snow Removal
• Light Janitorial & Landscaping

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check (no felonies)
• Understanding and knowledge of basic hand & power tools
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Customer service skills
• Willingness to work extra hrs and On-Call when needed
• Leases Expire Mid-July through the end of August (NO VACATION DURING THIS TIME)
